Something got me thinking.. why do people ask "how are you" when they know that 99% of the time the answer they'll get will be "I'm fine" or "I'm doing okay" or any other answer within that line.

Maybe its out of courtesy and politeness. Or a conversation starter. Whatever it is, I think that most of the time the "I'm fine" answer ain't quite real; for me that is. I mean, who will go around telling people I'm not okay or something's bothering me. I wont.

But then again, there are times when the "I'm fine" answer is for real.

Okay this is getting nowhere.

I have 4 stacks of feedback forms but I'm totally not in the mood to do them. Why why why.
