Boy was today filled with events!

Well first of all, I got woken up by voices of grandma's. She came over and brought her fried bee hoon so we (my mum and I) could eat it for breakfast/lunch. Heh. What a good way to start my day (:

Okay, I was like wearing my newly bought gold heels today. So being "kia si" that my legs will hurt and get blisters, I decided to bring along my comfy Novo flip-flops! How smart, I know :P

And then it was taking the bus down to town with mummy and her. We dropped ah ma for her facial, and then mummy and I went shopping! :D :D

Okay, so we got a lil crazy. I got obsessed over the colours the bra came in. So I bought like all 4 colours! Green, blue, pink and yellow. So pretty! My mum bought like 4 too okay! But sadly for me, she didnt wanna help me pay cuz "I've been working" Aww thats so so sad.

Walked around a lil more before picking up my grandma. Headed to Lucky Plaza for some more food. And then it was a trip down to Mt. E for my dental appointment.

It was actually my brother who was first, followed by me. BUT. He was like late, so I went first.

And before all this, I got a call from ah mee saying that we're going out for dinner tonight to celebrate my ah ma's birthday! :D She's a whooping 71 years old!

So I was telling my mum and laughing so loud cuz I thought my bro would get his braces fixed on today, and immediately after that we're gonna go out to have good food. Ahaha. What an evil sister.

Okay, back to the dental thingy. First things first, my RETAINERS. Thankfully I found them otherwise making a new one will cost me $250. I dreaded having to put them on. And I don't. Now that's BAD NEWS. Why? Let me tell you why.

The doctor tried placing the retainers back into my mouth. The bottom one just wouldn't fit and the top; he tried forcing it in and it hurt like hell! And you know what he told me.

The only thing you can do now is to re-wear braces for 9 moths. You want? :O *jaw drop*

My teeth really moved so much huh?! Why didn't I know ): ): ):

He didn't even tell me how much it'll cost. Hmmm. He was like, "I'll charge you how much ur gonna get for ur 6mths attachment."

He then proceeded to clean my teeth (which cost like $90 omgwth) and asked me to go back again cuz I've got 2 cavities. Oops :x

Okay the thought of wearing braces all over again is so, how do I put it. Okay the word is SIAN. But the other part of me is like, okay. Braces, YAY! (I don't know why, I think I'm mad) But I'm just damn scared it be expensive cuz my previous braces cost me like $5k. And my mum and dad will start nagging non-stop. But if I don't go re-do my teeth it'll be like $5k down the drain huh. Cuz the teeth ain't perfect now.

And the pain every month. And the visiting of the dentist every month. SIGH. Well anws, that can wait.

So, after my turn was my bro's turn! And sadly, he didn't get his braces fixed on today. Its next Friday though!

After the whole dental saga, it was already 4pm. We were meeting my aunts at Raffles at like 6.45pm. No point going home huh. So we roamed around town. At that point of time I already changed to my flip-flops cuz I knew we were gonna walk for quite some time so no point putting my feet to suffer.

Headed to Tangs. And my mum saw this pair of slippers. It totally matched what I was wearing! I got her to buy it and I wore it immediately! HAHA. So I think I was a lil mad today. Holding like 2 pairs of shoes around.

Walked until it was about time to take the train down Raffles. And we walked past Wisma where that Aldo shop was. I spotted this clutch bag and dragged my mum into the shop. It didn't have any price tag so I asked the sales girl how much it cost. "$15.90" I swear me, my mummy and my bro heard that. I was like "omg I WANTTTT!" Eh Aldo okay. $15.90 for a clutch is like freaking cheap! So I proceeded to choose which colour I wanted (I chose gold in the end) and headed for the cashier.

The cashier was nice enough to ask if we had a UOB card cuz there was a 10% discount. So that sort of made my mum pay for me. And my mum was like "huh $1.50 still wanna save". Okay and when it was time for her to sign. Guess what. It was $53 after discount! OMGWTH.

Eh eh. Not my fault okay. Haha. Well, we could have not bought the bag. But in the end we did. And fine, I'm gonna pay for it myself since its $53 and not $15.90 ):

So yeah. After that we headed to meet the rest for dinner. I was like STARVING until my stomach hurt.

We ate at this Hokkien restaurant. Opposite Boat Quay. I totally forgot the restaurant name. And I was like "aww too bad I didn't bring my camera out today so no pics". But my uncle had a dopod! So that made up for it (:

The food there was not bad. I just didn't like the yellow noodles. It has some kinda smell which I totally can't stand.
