I'm back from Korea! (:
It was a blast! Shitloads of photos and I don't have the time to sort them out. Will blog about it when I'm free.
In the mean time, let me blog about the days after I came back from Korea.
Touch down at around 9.30pm and reached home at like 11pm and I had to wake up at like 5.30am cuz I had trails to do! I know I'm mad.
I had to make my way there myself and because I was unfamiliar with Woodlands, Melvin accompanied me to the school cuz he was also going to school after that :D
It was a race at Vivo and thankfully I was a station master of a station that had 2 classes coming only (: So it wasn't as tiring.
Then the afternoon trail was at Army Museum. I have never been there in my life! All the facils cabbed down to the school (at Tampines!) and off we went to Army Museum (at Jurong).
Thank goodness I partnered Kahar and he talked all the way on the bus (:
It was a race again so another station master task. The plus point was that I saw quite a lot of army guys there! :D There was also 2 facils per station so it was qutie easy.
I was even free at times to snap photos and run to another station! :D Haha.
After the race, I was dead. Thank goodness Dionne cabbed and sent me to my place. The moment I got on the cab I fell asleep.
And no. I didn't get to rest the day after. I had a double trail again.
Vivo Race in the morning. This time round I got to meet at the venue (: It was for South 5 Cluster Schools. Quite cool but it was GUIDED. That measn 1 facil was in charge of a group of 6 students and had to run with them.
But it wasn't that bad in the end. It was actually quite fun.
After that I had to rush down to Singapore River for another race. There was like no time to go down to the school (at Seng Kang) so we met at the venue instead.
It was a lucky day cuz 2 trails and I didn't have to do any bus briefings at all! This is so rare.
I was stationed at Esplanade Park; where the Lim Bo Seng memorial was. It was a bad thing because for the first 45mins there was no a single soul there.
In the end we realized that a lot of students ran to Esplanade itself because the clue stated so. So Song Hua had to go to Esplanade to find them and bring them back.
If the students ran along the path I was at I would have seen them but they told me they used the main bridge and ended up at Esplanade.
After the end of the trail, Kang Hao and I walked over to Esplande to look for Timon. We slacked at the sofa area waiting for Melvin to join us.
So I started to cam-whore! :D
Timon was drawing on my Z file.
Thats the Lotte chocolate I bought from Korea! 72% cacao!
I love my new pen. Super bimbotic but it's cute!
Timon is pissed because ___________.
And I started cam-whoring with my favourite pen (:
I forced KH to look gay with it.
And Timon too!
Love love love the pen.
Timon was already ignoring me.
See.
Sadly the pen in made in China.
Sunflowers for my Z file (:
And then I started cam-whoring with the water bottles!
We bought like 3 1.5l bottled waters for the SG River race. The weather can kill!
And then we were comparing head sizes. I had the smallest head :(
Almost every I has a Z file :D
Love my nails too!
Look who's injured.
And Timon is still pissed.
I gave Timon something to do though. Besides drawing ferns on my file, I brought along those stickers we took from Holy Innocents' race, so he did this!
Melvin finally arrived after being half an hour late.
While Timon was busy pasting stickers on my back.
We then made our way to Marina Square for dinner. And I saw this (:
Nice view but look who came into the photo :P
Melvin was laughing at them. And he was nice enough to take my bag for me (:
We finally settled at Suki Sushi (:
The guys took a lot of food.
Thats ice cream!
We had to "cook" it?
There was sorbet too (:
Who's arms who's?
We ate until close to 10pm and headed for the taxi stand cuz Kang Hao could claim cab fare. He was going back to the office so I got a free cab ride home :D
Headed straight to lala land the moment I reached home and I'm thankful that I have 3 days break before working again.
