Just when I said I'll try to make it a point to blog weekly, I've failed. Been half a month since I touched this thing.

So now, since I'm finally gonna stay at home and slack, I will attempt to blog all the happenings for the past 2 weeks.

Tuesday (1/7)

Totally hated the trail I did.

Firstly, the school was freaking ulu.

Secondly, so many new faces. Thank god there was Shikin, Ben and Timon.

Thirdly, it just stopped raining so the floor was super wet and it was VERY humid.

Forthly, I totally counldn't stand this particular facil X (thank god she wasn't my partner).

Okay.

So I had like a full class of 40 and guess what. A girl in my group woke up late and her mum was gonna fetch her to the venue itself.

Girls were spoilt and pampered. So not cute!

And my bus was super squeezy because Ben's group was on my bus too. Not my problem that the girls had to share 3 to 2 seats. Haha.

So anws, the floor was like wet due to the rain so they couldn't sit down.

The bus driver dropped us at Visitors Centre instead of the usual Ginger Garden (but it was a good thing because I just had to walk down that stretch 1 time :D).

I had to like stick around that area and waited for the late girl to arrive can. Spoilt.

And the whole trail was so worksheet based. I took my own sweet time and at the end of the day I just sat them down inside the shelter of Orchid Garden.

After the last bus left, we had to walk all the way out to the main entrence to take a bus to town.

Initially, it was only Ben, Timon, Tat Hong, Eden and I that were going for lunch in town BUT..

When we reached the bus stop outside Gleneagles, we saw X.

Okay, why do I not like X?

Firstly she's like totally new and all of us haven't seen her before. And she's like over-friendly. Like, in the morning when I was talking to Shikin (gossiping and bitching), she just totally cut in our conversation.

And when we saw her at the bus stop (I swear all of us were bitching about her and we went like "oh shit" when we saw her), she walked to us and asked where were we going.

Totally self-invited herself to lunch can. We were like ignoring her except for Tat Hong who was being nice.

So we went to Cine instead because we decided on Subway. But, it was crowded so we shifted to Pastamania and shifted again to Hong Kong Cafe in the end.

I hope I'll never see X again I swear.

After lunch, we got rid of her and the 4 of us (Eden left to look for his friends) went to Paragon's Starbucks to slack.

And then Tat Hong had to leave, so the 3 of us walked down to Centrepoint and we sat our asses at Starbucks again.

Thursday (3/7)

Another trail. This time round it was bringing Kong Hwa kids to T3. Yay air-con! =D

And because I found out Kong Hwa is like quite near Astons, we decided to eat there for lunch after the trail.

The weather was scorching hot so Timon, Yong Hui and I decided to cab down from the school.

While waiting for our food to come, we started swapping watches.

And then we attempted to cam-whore.

Failed.


The waiter there took this for us.

After the hearty lunch I went down to town to meet YJ!

Been quite some time since I met this babe.

We went down to Kaplan to give them our passport photo before going to Centreporint's Starbucks (yes, again).

Sat there for like 5 hours with our drink and talked and talked.

Been too long since only the 2 of us were out together (:

Friday (4/7)

Did a Social Studis trail @ Kampong Glam in the morning. SS trails are easy money when you don't really feel like talking. It's nice on occasion but I think I'll be bored to death if I do a lot of them.

And after that I went to meet Mr. Pang for lunch! Yess, he's back from Caribbean already.

Saturday (5/7)

Headed to Holland V to meet Karen and Han Loon @ NYDC.

Karen's like leaving for Aussie the next day and Han Loon is in army already.

I think the waiter there got a little startled at our order because I ordered a main course, Han Loon ordered dessert and Karen ordered a drink. Guess no group has that kinda combination often. Haha.

I love my Tabasco (:


He's BOTAK. Hahahaha.


And then we proceeded outside because there was good lighting to take photos!

Did I mention we used Karen's DSLR. Yay!

He brought the newspaper article for me. I'm like 25. And a tourguide. Thanks.

It's actually quite nice to the touch.


So after that we took a bus and walked all the way into Sunset Way for Daily Scoop! =D

I'm happy because they had AVOCADO!

Monday (7/7)

I was like panicking because my Final Theory Test was the next day and I haven't started studying yet!!

Went over to JW's place to study so if I don't know anything at least I have someone to ask.

Realized Linda just took the test and passed so I called her up and she told me she had this stack of questions and answers which were similar to the test.

Decided to meet her later in the evening at Bukit Panjang to get them from her before heading home (:

But in the end JW drove me down to pick the notes and back to his place because I decided to join him and his godma for dinner later.

I've also got a free MAC eyeliner from Linda and it's damn good lah! Hahaha. (:

And because he owns a DSLR too, I was cam-whoring when he was driving.

Oh did I mentioned he shaved his head already? He had like 3 more days before enlisting.


See! Hahaha. Another friend that is botak.


And I've mastered the art of cam-whoring with a DSLR. I think the other drivers on the road were staring at us.









We went to pick his Godma up before driving to IMM to eat at Long Beach for..

.. Chili Crab! I don't rmb the last time I had crab. Not a fan of troublesome food. Haha.


And JW distorted my face with his wide-angle lens. Look like a hamster can.


Tuesday (8/7)

Had my FTT at like 4.30pm.

The night before I was reading through the stack Linda passed me until like 4am (not because I was mugging but because I started late!).

I even went down to office to return feedback forms in the afternoon before heading to BBDC for the test.

I was so scared I tell you.

But I PASSED. Freaking happy luh :D :D :D

And I think I'm gonna learn manual instead of auto. I'm really crossing my fingers now.

After the test I headed to JP to look for YJ for dinner. I didn't buy Tong Heng egg tarts though becuase I am dieting :(

Wednesday (9/7)

Met Joanne and YJ at Vivo in the afternoon because we wanted to watch Hancock.

And after the movie Angela joined us for dinner.

We ate at Thai Accent.

The food was yummy and reasonably priced too!


6 months of living together (:






After dinner, we were damn full so we just sat at the restaurant and chatted. Mr. Pang was meeting us after our dinner so he made his way down and we just sat at th restaurant all the way.

But in the end, we switched to Haagen Dazs instead.

Ordered this thingy. Like Swensen's Earthquake with 1 scoop lesser.


Before the ice cream came, we were like trying to divide it so the 4 girls would eat less (because we were so full after dinner) but when it came, 10 mins later..


.. all gone (: There is always room for dessert. Haha.


Joanne's going to Aussie, Angela's going to Switzerland. It's left with the 2 of us stuck in Singapore. Holidays to these 2 countries so we have free accommodation pls! (:


Lastly, I got a souvenir from Japan! (:


There's candy inside.
