In the end I didn't meet CW at 5.30am cuz later on we realized that there was no bus at such ungodly hours!! So, met him at 6am and waited for 105 to go to Gleneagles. And I learnt that 111 does not go that direction. Haha.
Karen called when we were on the bus saying that she saw us in her dad's car. Zzz. So the 3 of us sat at the bus stop while the sky was pitch dark at 6.30am waiting for YJ. I saw lots of lightning and we were happy cuz we were quite demoralized by GMPS on wed. Anws, YJ was late and we cabbed down to the visitors centre and reached at 6.50am.
Lena was more than surprised to see us early I guess. So we waited for everyone to reach before going for the briefing. Yes, she is very very long-winded. Icouldn't really stand it and I had to have gastric on the way. No food, no pills and I thought I was gonna be half dead before the kids arrived. Luckily, a girl offered me a granola bar and it really saved my stomach!
The first thing that freaked me out was that I only had B1-B4 with me when I reached my starting station. B5 was supposed to be with me but they ended up following my partner Rui Huang instead. So, he had 6 groups while I had 4. Oops.
The kids from Changkat Primary were really good! They were super obedient and I didn't remember raising my voice at my group. I think they’ve learnt lots from this trail. I told them many different things where they went ooh-ing and aah-ing. They were really a great bunch of kids to teach.
My group ended the trial on time, but group F2 had to board our bus and they were SUPER DUPER late resulting in everyone ending the trail late.
After the trail, we walked out to Gleneagles Hospital to take a bus to go to Far East Plaza to have lunch again. On the way there, we saw this beautiful Snake Tree and couldn't resist a picture with it. Hahaha.
Chicken rice-d at Far East and the food was good (: or maybe it was because we were hungry.
