I am gonna start complaining about my SUPER DUPER BAD BAD DAY!
Started off with Lena's Esplanade trail. First things first, she was late. Nvm about that, my partner Pamela seemed quite 'zai' at first, but HELL NO! YJ and I had to leave at 11am cuz we had ECD project presentation at 12pm, so we decided to dump our kids with our respective partners.
I called Pam at 10.40am, she was still at the tunnel. I told her to meet me at the foyer. But she was no where in sight. I then proceeded to the pillars, and tried calling her again. This time round, I tried for like 10-15mins and no one answered the bloody phone! I was super pissed already.
Next, I couldnt wait any longer. So, I went to the gathering point which was at the outdoor theatre. Still couldn't contact Pam. In the end I had to dump my kids with another facil and YJ and I went flying down to sch and only reached sch at 12.30pm.
Anws, the highlight of the day and the ONLY good thing was the presentation. Personally, I loved it (: hahaha.
Okay, next comes the real bad bad part. After school I headed down to office. I reached at 3.40pm (In the morning Lena told me to reach earlier). Lena wasn't around so I called her. She was still at Esplanade. So I told her I reached office already and she said she'll come down now.
I waited, till 4.20pm. Lena called me, she said Esplanade taxi stand was floodded with people and they are still stuck there so she will come soon. Okay fine, so I waited till 5.15pm. I was already SUPER pissed!! How would u feel if u waited for so long for someone?! I couldnt stand it, and although I knew I would get Zi Yang into trouble I still decided to walk off and go home.
As expected, Lena called me when I was walking to my block. Duh, she bitched around and already being pissed I bitched at her too. I couldnt care less. And she kept on using the reason that 'I helped u cover ur ass today and let u leave early, why cant u hlp me cooridnate tmr?'.
Its not that I CANNOT coordinate, I DO NOT want to because u made me wait so freaking long! AND U FREAKING COVERED UR ASS by not acknoledging that it is YOUR bloody fault. I was really damn angry cuz I waited almost 2hrs for nothing! She said, 'its already 6pm, how do u expect me to find another coordinator at the last minute?'. I replied 'its none of my business.' YES, I was SUPER pissed. Having said that, she had no choice but to wish me good luck for my french test tmr and hug up the phone.
This whole thing got me damn pissed until u feel like ur gonna burst out crying any moment!
Later on at 6.30pm, Esther called. Pleading me to go down to the office for coordinator briefing, saying it'll only take a short time and even offered to sponser my cab fare down. So, feeling so guilty for Zi Yang I cabbed down to Zenitant.
I didnt know that Lena hollered at Zi Yang cuz I left. Like wth? Pls, its not his fault. Anything that cocks up, all the blame goes to him. Madness.
The whole office was facing problems. Everyone was in a bad mood including me. Its totally freaking problematic and we facils know that.
Okay, So Lena briefed me with appologies and stuff which I doubt were sincere. Why appologise now and not on the phone at all? She sounded like 2 different persons. Bitchy and know-it-all on the phone, but appologetic when I came down to the office. I know, she just wants me to be the cooridnator @ Bukit Panjang Primary School.
12 classes tmr. which means 12 sets of tags. You know what, THERE WERE NO TAGS IN SIGHT! There were a few here and there, and I had to take them out and write the alphabet and numbers accrodingly!! I'm so thankful for Idil, Ya Ting, Wei Ling etc etc etc for their help! If not for them, I'd think I'll just break down. I left the office at 8.30pm.
After Lena briefed me for coordination tmr, I asked her 'so what was the problem with the teacher in the morning' cuz on the phone with her just now, she told me she was facing a prolemetic teacher cuz I had to leave early blah blah blah.
Oh please, I DID NOT leave at 11am okay, I left at 11.20am WITH EVERYTHING DONE! feedback forms, teacher's evaluation form, winning group. I gave u everything nicely before leaving okay! And the ass teacher was whining. Anws, I dont know if what Lena told me was 100% true, but if it was I'll curse that bitch to hell!
Lena said that the teacher overheard that SOMEONE gotta leave at 11am and bitched about it. AND I DID NOT EVEN SPEAK TO ANY TEACHER. what a retard. Knowing that, I told Lena "then why ask me to coordinate tmr's trail? its BBPS AGAIN! They have a bad impression of me already" *rolls eyes*
Let me tell u, the company is screwed. Main reason is because the delay of pay. EVERYONE is not happy. Facils and even bus drivers are bycotting. Now the reason why ur forever getting last minute backing out facils- BECAUSE U DONT FREAKING PAY US ON TIME! And they always make us WAIT and WAIT. Briefing, pay, trail.. everything WE need to wait. With that kinda management system, how would u secure loyal workers who are willing to work for you?
And, they do not care about the welfare of the workers. They are so desperate till the extent where they ask u to skip school, skip class, take MC to help them do their trails.
Oh btw, I head from some people why Lena came back so late. She calimed that she was stuck @ Esplanade because it was an amazing-race style trail but what I heard was otherwise.
