Okay, I woke up at 3pm today :D :D and I slept at like 10pm last night!

Saturday

Woke at an ungodly hour of 4.45am. It was RAINING and it was so nice to sleeeeep! Had to reach Clementi station at around 6am. Luckily Karen's mum drove the 3 of us there. We were lost though, trying to figure out the directions there. Omg. And I can officially say I don't know how to read maps. But I made myself useful for providing the light! Heh.

We first found Maris Stella SECONDARY. And the PRIMARY was just beside it, according to the map. They even shared the SAME address! Oh yes, the school's just beside a cemetery and also beside the gurkha place! HAHA. :D Anws we were driving around that area for like 15mins in search of the PRIMARY school.

Maris Stella- girl's school, right?

WRONG.
Its a BOYS school.

:D :D

Did the registration, distribution of tags and goodie bags in the AVA room. And it was then down to Sentosa!

Jonatha, Karen and I shared the bus. Along with Agnes and some teachers.

Hey Jon, I think you're toooo TALL! -ooooh, you know he's Vincent Ng's cousin?!?!

As you can see, we had to add extra materials to our Z-tee with that yellow/orange cloth thingy to make us look prominent so that the racers could find us.

Proceeded to our respective stations before the race started.
I love my station because its the BEACH station.

Yeah I know I can't draw straight lines even if I have a ruler! But I was on a moving BUS! HAHAHA.

Shade, seats, 7-11 just next door, half naked guys walking around (not like there were hunks though) and easy questions!

The first half of the race was fun. A lot of teams came to do the questions which kept me busy!

It was soon 12pm and we had to close our stations for lunch!

Used the Sentosa Express and headed to Imbiah Staiton to meet YJ, Chee Hian, Karen and Jonathan to lunch together. Had our food delivered by Kelvin :D while the rest of the facil's were at Palawan Beach.

We had the usual, same as last yr! Haha. And then we started playing with our cloths!

Cam-whored with our cloths!

Decent photos first.

Followed by a not-so-decent photo.

After 1hr, we had to go back to our stations for the next half of the race. After like half an hour, I only had 1 team which hasn't arrived. So I waited, and stonned. And yes being stationed there, I saw people like Roxanne, Ning Zhen and Harris. And lucky for me, we chit-chatted for a while which made time pass faster!

In the end, the people from above (Imbiah Station) came down cuz the ending point was at Siloso Beach. Waited until 3.15pm sharp before we walked all the way to Sapphire Pavillion. OMG ITS SO FREAKING FAR.

Then it was prize presentation before saying bye-bye. We were super sticky and hot by then. Only crazy people would come to Sentosa with jeans and covered shoes!

We decided to go home despite having free admission into Sentosa already and also gave Songs of the Sea a pass. There's always next time when we don't look so unglam!

The race was not THATT fun, but fun enough for the dough we're getting :P

And with my itchy fingers cuz I wanted to know what was inside the paper-like card we could use for the Sentosa Express, I had to rip it into 2!

Now you know!

And how can you tell when your nails are too long? When you're able to cut yourself and get quite a deep cut like this.

Sigh.
